Job Description Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Sourcing team for 6 months. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management, market analysis, and tender support within an international and fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Description

What will you do:

As part of the Sourcing team, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Supplier Intelligence & Data Integration
• Support the integration of key suppliers into PowerBI dashboards to map global market players.
• Ensure regular updates aligned with industry and market trends to maintain data accuracy.
• Supplier Research & Analysis
• Conduct in-depth research on potential global suppliers for external equipment based on project-specific needs.
• Benchmark supplier capabilities and assess alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
• Tender Support & RFQ Management
• Actively participate in the tendering process in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Tendering, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation and submission of Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Track RFQ responses, follow up with suppliers, and ensure adherence to tender timelines.
• Tender Monitoring
• Update and maintain project tracking tools to provide clear visibility on sourcing progress and deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time and complete tender submissions.

What will you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain or any related field.
• Fresh graduate or some experience in related field.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel/Smartsheet and familiar with data tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Proficient in dealing with and using AI tools .
• Data analysis, Sourcing, understanding of market trends and analysis, presentations
• Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English.
