What impact you'll make?
As a Sales Manager of the SCS team in Latam, you will be an active contributor to the growth of orders and pipeline for the Software and Controls business, working on the Gas Fleet for selected Key Accounts in Mexico as well as working for the Steam Fleet for North America region.

Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager- Software and Controls Solutions, is responsible for leading customer relationships for selected key accounts in Mexico, as well as the Steam Fleet for the in North America market. Responsible for orders, commitments, and customer strategy, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships that enable continued market success and further market penetration in your assigned region.

What you'll do

  • Develop long term strategic plans by customer to drive market / customer penetration in support of Orders, Sales, Cash and Contribution Margin growth.
  • Maintain on-going customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Drive a sales pipeline on complex, multi-offering transactions that may include Parts, Lifecare Services, Turbine / Generator Upgrades, Digital Solutions and Long-Term Service / Parts Agreements.
  • Develop and maintain key Account Plans with detailed insights focused on Customer's Strategy, Customer ESG Policies, Organizational Structures, Buying Behaviors, Outage and Opportunity Forecasts
  • Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities.
  • Full alignment and coordination with the Gas Power Services team (Account Managers, Contracts Managers, Management Staff) to develop coordinated business strategies and activities over Gas Power Mexico Fleet.
  • Ensure that business KPIs, pipeline health, and opportunity information in the CRM are accurate, up-to-date, and consistently maintained.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Power Generation segment
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience working with, and knowledge of Gas and Steam Turbine / Generator and Controls technology products and services
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Customer Service

This position must be based in Mexico; candidate must have approved VISA to travel to the US on a monthly basis
