Job Description Summary

Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities

Primarily this position is to provide maintenance support to IT infrastructure and network of installed base SCADA/ EMS system at various M&S Control Centers across of India. Provide technical support and counsel to customers, experiencing system performance issues. It is the technical resource for all service-related issues about following:Network (L2/L3 network and devices)

Experience CISCO, HP , Juniper switches and Router.

Configuration and troubleshooting of Switches and Routers.

Knowledge of Routing protocols, ACL etc.

Security

Experience FortiGate, Checkpoint, Palo Alto and WatchGuard firewall .

Configuration and troubleshooting of firewall policies, App Ctrl, IPS, DOS etc

Compute (HP/DELL/IBM)

Knowledge of server hardware, server management, bakcups etc.

Storage.

Knowledge of storage hardware, management and configuration

Knowledge of RAID, controller etc.

Should be rich hands on various Tools like Zoho NMS, PMS, IDM, AD 360 Microsoft Products SCOM 2012/SCCM 2012/DPM HP NNMi Backup Management Syslog SIEM Patch Management LDAP/ Active Directory Should able to deliver windows (server 2025/2022/2016 ed) / Linux Platform (RHEL 5.x 6.x onwards) Connecting with upstream and downstream supporting for Site issue and Service readiness. 24x7 Support in case of severe issues. Willingness to travel site to site and agreed for long term site deputation. The job requirement is at sites only. Candidate should be flexible for relocation as per business requirement. Trouble shooting, ability to carry out troubleshooting, performance checking knowledge of IT infrastructure. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Capability / Inclination towards technical assessment & implementation of technical recommendation at site.

• BTech in Electronics and Communication/Computer Science Engineering/Equivalent with minimum 0-3 years of experience in SCADA/EMS/DMS/WAMS systems.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
