Sensing and Diagnostics Portfolio Leader
Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Sensing and Diagnostics Portfolio product line.
This position plays a pivotal role in shaping our technology differentiation, market positioning, and long-term growth across global markets.
The leader will oversee a rapidly expanding portfolio combining software-defined Asset Performance & Device Management (APM & DvM) solutions, advanced substation monitoring systems, and Monitoring and & Diagnostics products-critical elements for modernizing and securing the transmission and distribution grid. The role carries the unique challenge of simultaneously sustaining growth of proven hardware-based offerings (e.g., M&D products) while transforming the business into a software-driven solutions provider. Success requires guiding customers through this transition by removing adoption barriers, demonstrating clear value from digitalization, and ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software portfolios.
