Job Description Summary
Responsible for the creation of useful and desirable web and mobile applications for the industrial internet of things. Contribute to multiple user experience engagements as well as work on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business domains.

Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of UX solutions for complex features and reusable components, from definition through implementation and release.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into prototypes, interaction specifications, and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Guide Design and Engineering teams on components, design systems, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
  • Validate workflows and user experiences through prototyping and incorporate findings into final designs.
  • Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the design system by promoting reuse and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate usability, accessibility, and implementation risks before development begins.


Technical Expertise

  • Advanced experience in UX, prototyping, Front End technologies, component-based architectures, design systems, accessibility, and usability validation.
  • Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, maintainability, and business objectives.


Business Acumen
  • Understands the impact of UX decisions on product adoption, engineering efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.


Leadership Attributes

  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship to designers and UX Technologists.
  • Collaborates effectively with Design, Engineering, Product, and leadership teams to drive evidence-based decisions.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in IT with advanced UX experience.

Fluent in English.

Desired Characteristics/Technical Expertise

  • Ability to leverage typography, color, layout, composition and materiality to create visual interface designs that clearly and effectively express product capabilities and behaviors, as well as business and product brand values
  • Experience developing visual language studies, design specifications and documentation
  • Skilled in standard design tools (Adobe CC, Figma (including AI Suite, Claude), hand drawing and visual communication, Adobe Edge)
  • Understands the implications of digital display and software technologies and for visual interface design
