Senior Technical Product Owner
Job Description Summary
At Power, the Sourcing DT team at Power is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead enterprise sourcing platforms and complex transformation/simplification initiatives. This role owns technical product strategy, roadmap, and backlog execution for critical sourcing applications (e.g., SAP Ariba, ClearOrbit) while ensuring delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives. The role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality technical solutions.
He/She will provide coaching, guidance and execution directions to the relative IT Global Team. The scope will be including the ERP and other Application supporting the relative functions (i.e. SAP MM, invoice scanning, supplier collaboration, strategic sourcing).

Job Description
What you'll do
- End-to-end product ownership for assigned applications, delivering programs, requirements, and governance from an operations perspective
- Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to define current and future processes, data models, systems, and workflows within the application framework
- Own the technical product vision, roadmap, and backlog for enterprise sourcing platforms
- Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive backlog prioritization based on business value, architectural alignment, risk, and technical dependencies
- Lead technical design discussions, solution tradeoffs, and dependency management
- Own product quality, non-functional requirements, and technical debt management
- Lead end to end delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives, ensuring predictable, high-quality execution
- Establish delivery milestones, KPIs, and reporting for product initiative
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, constraints, and cross-team blockers
- Communicate product progress, risks, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and SDLC standards
- Support change management, adoption, and training activities for new capabilities
- Enable embedded AI capabilities within SaaS sourcing platforms by partnering with vendors and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizens and post-implementation learnings
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM-related field
- 10+ years of experience in technical product ownership, solution delivery, or enterprise IT roles
- Strong experience translating complex business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Hands-on experience working with Agile teams in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with delivery and backlog tools such as Azure DevOps, Rally, Jira, or similar
- Initiative to explore and evaluate alternative technologies and problem-solving approaches
What will make you stand out (Desired Characteristics)
- Deep expertise in SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay, Buying & Invoicing, Business Network, and CIG
- Experience delivering large-scale programs, global SAP Ariba or Sourcing solutions
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience driving enterprise change acceleration and adoption
- Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on program execution
- Experience driving platform modernization, integrations, and data standardization
- Strong influencing and communication skills
