What impact you'll make:
As a member of the Power DT Infrastructure team, you will be an active contributor to the architecting, building and product management of core Power systems and infrastructure supporting the largest and most profitable GE Vernova segment. The Power Infrastructure team is responsible for supporting, maintaining the operations and health of Power's most critical ERPs, Database and web services.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Architect the strategic vision and technical roadmap for infrastructure product management, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- Drive the development and enhancement of infrastructure products, leveraging deep technical knowledge to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and operations teams to implement robust infrastructure products that meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.
- Manage a team of technical product managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Define detailed product requirements, features, and specifications, incorporating advanced technical insights and industry best practices.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation, including the integration of new technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through rigorous testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure product quality and performance through the implementation of automated testing, monitoring tools, and performance metrics.
- Communicate complex technical product strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and other key stakeholders, translating technical details into actionable business insights.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Significant experience in technical product management, with a focus on infrastructure products.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of product managers.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar are a plus.
- Fluent English knowledge is essential

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between Ft20.446.818,00 and Ft30.670.227,00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
