Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where appropriate.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Angular/Vue.js (frontend), and Node.js/Java/.NET/Python (backend).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, JUnit).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Maintains a customer-centric mindset, ensuring solutions are user-friendly, reliable, and impactful
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experienced in stakeholder management, aligning engineering deliverables with business expectations and ensuring transparency across teams

• Experienced in Transmission Domain, and good understanding of Transmission Product Portfolio
