Job Description Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple complex projects from initiation to completion. He is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. This role requires a strategic approach to project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Acts as primary customer contact for the duration of each project through commissioning; ensures customer satisfaction;
Manages, owns and reports all financial aspects of the project including budgets, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection
Arranges witness tests; coordinates field service activities with appropriate Service Manager
Negotiates/coordinates with Sales staff as appropriate for customer-requested changes (price and delivery)
Develops and maintains project schedule ensuring optimal utilization of resources to meet project goals.
Directs and administers project-related activities to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget and within internal and external quality/specification requirements
Facilitates project closeout reporting and meetings
Provides leadership to the cross functional project team
Participates in the ITO proposal process on large projects - ITR Process
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders, Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.
* Managing NPIs Projects, FOK Projects, Leading complex and high visibility projects execution with Key customers in the Region
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and shares Lesson Learned within project management practices.
Required Qualifications
- English language fluent. A second Language an advantag
- Bachelor's degree (engineering discipline preferred)
- 5+ years experience in project management
- 5+ Years' experience in Gas Power or O&G Industrial controls.
- Proven leadership skills in a matrix organization with solid customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and measurements
- Good oral and written bilingual communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- 30% travel required (in the Region and outside Region)
Desired Characteristics
MBA
5+ years experience in controls and/or turbine field preferably GE MKVIe, EX/LCI, Woodword Micronet Control Systems.
Sales and/or customer interface experience
SAP Enterprise Software experience
Project management software experience
