Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Direct day-to-day operational finance support for Service Directors and their team.
- Manage the quarter closing process for assigned customer portfolio.
- Provide operations financial systems support (ERP cost accumulation, rev rec, billing, etc.)
- Be the primary leader in ensuring compliance in financial reporting for assigned portfolio.
- Strengthen Balance Sheet position and drive cash targets.
- Lead timely and accurate CSA Margin Reviews, as well as anticipating risks and opportunities impacting contracts' productivity and margin.
- Continuously focus on driving process simplification to improve our external customer focus and risk management.
- Provide ad-hoc support & participation in critical business analytics and key project support (i.e., new system / tool implementations) as directed by management.
- Have frequent interaction with ITR Managing Director to provide insight and decision-making support to ensure delivery of commitments.
- Drive continued integration with commercial processes and deal reviews.
- Drive timely execution of jobs with fulfillment partners to ensure customer required dates are met, and costs are captured correctly and timely.
- Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
- Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
- Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. These jobs have significant input into their priorities. Jobs at this level tend to be covered by professional practices and policies but these are shaped by the role. Working within broad guidelines and policies, roles at this level have moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of evaluative judgment.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the Finance & FP&A Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- For roles in USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
