Job Description Summary
The Senior Account Manager - Nuclear Services is responsible for leading customer relationships for the Steam Power Nuclear Services portfolio in the assigned region. They are responsible for orders, commitments and customer strategy for a defined portfolio of customer accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop long term strategic plans by customer to drive market / customer penetration in support of Orders, Sales, Cash and Contribution Margin growth.
- Maintain on-going customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
- Drive a sales pipeline on complex, multi-offering transactions that may include Parts, Repairs, Outage Services, Performance Upgrades, Digital Solutions and Long Term Service / Parts Agreements.
- Develop and maintain key Account Plans with detailed insights focused on Customer's Strategy, Customer ESG Policies, Organizational Structures, Buying Behaviors, Outage and Opportunity Forecasts
- Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities

- Support the maintenance of accurate and current project and opportunity information in NEX

Eligibility Requirements:
- The preferred work location for this role is at the GE Vernova location in Atlanta Georgia but highly qualified (US based) remote candidates will be considered. (Relocation assistance provided)
- This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university OR (High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry)
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the Power Generation Industry
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with, and knowledge of, Steam Turbine / Generator technology products and services
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Customer Service in the Power Generation industry
- Ability to travel 50%

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $128,400.00 and $213,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
