- Subcontracting: Collaborate with Subcontracting Package Managers to monitor and deliver high-quality external design work packages.
- People Leadership: Mentor team members through tracked Individual Development Plans (IDPs); oversee resource management (holidays, timesheets) to ensure zero disruption to project delivery.
- Process Development: Drive adherence to the Engineering Management Handbook (EMH) and lead the identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Education: Relevant Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Industry Experience: 15+ years of engineering experience within the T&D, Power Gen, or Oil & Gas sectors, with a strong preference for EPC project environments.

- Project Management: Proven experience managing technical processes within multi-disciplinary teams and complex interfaces.
- Subcontracting: Demonstrated history of managing externally subcontracted design work packages of various scales.
