Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve as an internal expert on SAP SCM products, business needs, and industry and competitive trends.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather voice-of-customer requirements, refine needs, and collect product feedback.
• Identify supply chain inefficiencies and develop SAP-based solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate across functions to implement process improvements aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and support SAP supply chain projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and effective change management.
• Train end-users and develop supporting materials on best practices across purchasing, inbound processes, vendor data management, production planning, inventory management, and shipping.
• Configure and customize SAP SCM modules, ensure integration with enterprise systems, perform testing, and analyze supply chain data to validate performance and support decision-making.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field.
• Experience in IT supply chain processes, including sourcing and procurement, inventory management, and production planning and execution.
• Proven expertise in SAP MM and PP modules, including configuration and customization.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with knowledge of supply chain best practices, technology impact assessment, and competitive industry trends.
