Sales Ops Analyst
Job Description Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst supports the delivery of commercial performance by working closely with Account Managers, Lean and Commercial Leaders to maintain high-quality sales data, track performance, and support effective use of CRM (Salesforce).
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, strong pipeline management, and clear visibility of sales performance, enabling the business to make informed decisions and deliver against revenue targets.

Job Description
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Produce regular sales performance reports and dashboards
- Track pacing against targets and highlight risks and opportunities
- Support weekly/monthly business reviews with relevant insights
- Monitor key KPIs such as pipeline, conversion, revenue & Win Loss Activities
- Reducing communication gaps between Sales, Sourcing & Engineering Teams by improving business process
Pipeline & Forecasting Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in Salesforce
- Support forecasting cycles through data preparation and validation
- Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and follow up with sales teams
- Prepare inputs for pipeline and forecast review sessions
CRM (Salesforce)
- Support day-to-day use of Salesforce across the commercial team
- Maintain data quality and consistency
- Manage standard reports and dashboards
- Act as a go-to contact for basic CRM queries, updates and support
Commercial & Commercial Tools Support
- Support deal tracking and ensure key information is captured
- Provide basic analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Assist with pricing and performance tracking where required
Tool Updates & Improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes
- Support adoption of best practices in sales operations
- Contribute to wider Commercial Performance & Transformation initiatives

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $92,800.00 and $154,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
