Sales Operations Intern

Job Description Summary
This position will report to the Sales Operations Leader for LATAM and will provide all necessary support to make sure all commercial processes are deployed effectively and new tools are developed/improved to secure the achievement of the annual regional objectives.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Development and improvement of digital tools for performance monitoring to support sales teams' daily management work.
• Coordination of internal commercial processes aimed at secure effective collaboration between engineering, tendering and sales regional teams.
• Development of business presentations consolidating diverse KPIs and reports from our commercial performance systems to support Account Managers' business reviews.
• On-demand special projects oriented to increase productivity of our commercial processes.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (in progress, no less than 1.5 years to the end of college) is REQUIRED

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Microsoft Excel proficiency is REQUIRED (Intermediated to Advanced)
• Proficiency in English is REQUIRED
• Visual Basic Coding (or equivalent coding program) is DESIRABLE
• Any type of work experience (Internship included) is DESIRABLE

Additional Requirements:

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model
• Availability: Full-time preference; however, part-time flexibility may be considered.
