Sales Manager CFE - Gas Power Services
Job Description Summary
Customer facing leadership role, responsible for originating, developing and winning business with this key account. Sales role responsible for selling parts, repairs, services and upgrades, as well as to develop Account Management strategies to support the customer needs. The role will be guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the existing long term maintenance contracts in place. The role has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements and develop strategies. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.
The position will work very close with the Execution team, to identify the needs in the different sites, as well as to develop and progress sales opportunities to closure. Leadership role with the responsibility to bridge the customer needs with the business priorities and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for a services sales budget for specific key accounts and regions, including selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
- Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments. Contributes towards definition of commercial strategies to identify customer needs and develop sales opportunities.
- Point of contact for the customer to attend commercial needs, including implementing the ITO process as well as understanding the customer´s purchasing process.
- Deep understanding of the regulation applicable to CFE, specially in terms of acquisitions.
- Has in-depth knowledge of the process and customer business; has good understanding of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers.
- Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, business or marketing, related field from an accredited university or college.
- More than 10 years of experience in sales or execution of power generation, services, or industrial products or projects.
- Experience dealing with CFE is desired.
- Knowledge of the Power Generation industry and its fundamentals.
- Experience with Goods and Services offerings; parts, repairs, upgrades and field services
- Fluency in English & Spanish (written & spoken)
