Job Description Summary

The Repair Engineer will support GE Vernova's customers by establishing internal processes required to enable high quality products, monitoring the results of those processes with internal and external customers, determining root cause of any non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.
• Validate design specifications and shop floor applications for new products, tools, or equipment.
• Utilize technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy.
• Propose solutions for complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and lead small projects with low risks.
• Support lean manufacturing transformation and maintain process documentation for consistent quality.
• Document technical data to substantiate components, assemblies, and systems per quality policies.
• Work with operations and engineering teams to address nonconforming material and devise remediation actions.
• Conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality or production
• (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing, quality or production)

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $90,400.00 and $150,500.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
