R&D Intern - PMO

Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Conventional PAC PMO, their function is to collaborate on the automation of data management related to projects in execution.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Understanding the different reporting process used as part of the project management activity.
• Collaborate in the creation of the necessary tools to automatize the generation of the necessary reports.
• Collaborate in the update of this information in the different tools used by the leadership team.
• Give support in the communication with tool owners
• Participate in the planning phase according to specifications of the different tools mentioned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum programming knowledge in languages such as Python / Visual Basic.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills and a positive energy.
• Technology enthusiast. Passion/aptitude for both modelling and analysis.
• Work style: 3 days at the office in Bilbao and 2 days remote work
• Start date preferably mid June but no later then mid July
• If contracted in Spain: Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
