Roles and Tasks

  • Actively driving the communication towards internal project stakeholders
  • Improve and handle the interfaces between all 2GW HVDC projects to enhance the exchange and comparison of information at program level
  • Support and autonomous development of a quality program reporting structure to optimize data exchange and transfer between projects
  • Coordination and active involvement regarding Lessons Learned, Audits, Non-Conformities and Open Points
  • Prepare and launch internal Trainings to support the project teams with information to handle Quality Tools
  • Create Reports to visualize the health of the project(s) from quality perspective
  • Support of Project Quality Manager and Equipment Quality Manager during project execution
  • Enhance and improve the reporting process
  • Identify risk & opportunities during project execution
  • Support the digitalization

Essential responsibilities

  • Reinforce the interfaces between projects functions and Quality Management.
  • Accuracy in data preparation and adherence to deadlines
  • Ensure implementation of Quality Policy and Project Charter during project execution
  • Support internal stakeholders in quality aspects

Qualification/Requirement

  • Student in Bachelor or Master (Quality Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or similar) (or equivalent knowledge or experience)
  • Language: English (fluent); German (at least intermediate)
  • Very Good Excel Skills Mandatory; experiences with Smartsheet is a Bonus; Additionally: Word, Power Point, Outlook experience required
  • Ability to work in a global environment and matrix organization in our Office in Berlin
