Quality Leaderは、当社の大型火力発電用ガスタービンエンジン部品の修理工場における品質活動全般を統括し、製品品質の確保、顧客満足度の向上、継続的な品質改善を推進する中核ポジションです。当事業は、世界の発電用ガスタービン市場で約1/3のシェアを有し、世界約8拠点の修理工場を展開しています。グローバルネットワークを活用し、「センター・オブ・エクセレンス(CoE)」アプローチのもと、高品質かつ一貫性のある修理サービスを提供しています。
本ポジションでは、製造現場、エンジニアリングチーム、グローバルの品質・エンジニアリング組織と連携しながら、安全性・品質・コンプライアンスを満たした製品供給の実現を担っていただきます。品質保証、品質マネジメントシステムの運用、継続的改善活動を通じて、工場全体の品質水準向上と品質文化の定着をリードいただく役割です。
現場オペレーターや製造リーダーとの密接な連携が求められるため、ビジネスレベルの日本語力が必要です。加えて、グローバルチームとの円滑な協働を進めるための英語力も求められます。品質チームを率い、工場長に直接レポートする本ポジションは、現場改善、組織マネジメント、グローバル連携まで幅広く携わることができる、裁量の大きなリーダー職です。
The Quality Leader is a key leadership role responsible for driving site-level quality performance at TGTS. This position leads quality assurance, quality management systems, and continuous improvement activities to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality product delivery to customers.
This role requires strong daily engagement with shop floor operators, production leaders, and engineering teams, as well as collaboration with global quality and engineering organizations. Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory to effectively support on-site operations and build a strong quality culture at the plant. The Quality Leader leads the site Quality team and reports directly to the Plant Manager.

- ISO 9001およびGE Vernova基準に基づく品質マネジメントシステム(QMS)の運用および改善
- 不良率、顧客クレーム、監査結果、不良品質コスト(CoPQ)など品質KPIの達成推進
- 原因分析(RCA)および是正・予防措置(CAPA)のリード
- 現場および顧客からの品質問題に対する解決・再発防止の実行
- 品質監査・顧客対応における品質窓口業務
- 現場に入り込み、オペレーターを支援しながら品質文化を定着
- 品質教育、OJT、スキル認定の仕組み構築・運用
- 品質パフォーマンスの可視化およびマネジメント向け報告
- 製造、エンジニアリング、調達部門との連携による品質改善
応募要件
- 工学系学士号、または同等の実務経験
- 製造業における品質分野での5~7年以上の経験
- ISO 9001、監査、コンプライアンス対応の実務経験
- 製造現場での品質問題解決をリードした実績
- 日本語(会話・読み書き)ビジネスレベル必須
- 英語(グローバル対応可能レベル)
- 横浜TGTS工場での勤務が可能な方

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and improve Quality Management System (QMS) execution in alignment with ISO 9001 and GE Vernova quality standards
- Drive site quality KPIs including defect reduction, customer complaints, audit performance, and Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ)
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and effectiveness validation
- Resolve shop floor and customer quality issues through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
- Serve as primary quality interface for audits, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain strong shop floor presence to support operators with real-time quality issues and standard adherence
- Establish and manage quality-related training, OJT, and operator skill certification
- Communicate quality performance and initiatives to plant leadership and global stakeholders
- Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and sourcing to drive sustainable quality improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, quality assurance, or quality management
- Strong experience with ISO 9001, audits, and compliance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead quality issue resolution in a manufacturing setting
- Business-level Japanese (spoken, written, reading) - mandatory
- Business-level English for global communication and reporting
- Ability to work on-site at the Yokohama TGTS plant
