Our business line that delivers large scale grid technology projects is GRID SYSTEMS INTEGRATION [GSI] with a mission to "Deliver Integrated Project Solutions to Enable Large Scale Electrification and Support our Customer Needs". The technologies we offer are High Voltage Direct Current [HVDC], Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems [FACTS], Alternating Current Systems [ACS] and Services [Global Long Term Service Agreements, Turnkey Retrofits, HVDC & FACTS Modernization & Upgrades].

Here you will participate in enabling the energy transition, creating value for our customers to integrate more and more renewable energy into the grid through solutions that cover inter-regional interconnections, harnessing large offshore wind energy, and solutions that bring stability and reliability to the grid.

• Support and drive compliance with Design and Technical Reviews to ensure that ongoing projects are properly risk-managed
• Support business leaders in deploying and training staff on related procedures and work instructions
• Support the development of a strong Quality Culture in requirement management, customer complaint management, and non-conformity management, ensuring alignment with global instructions
• Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to complex problems
• Perform and support internal quality audits & Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives based on Root Cause Analysis (RCA), including the 8D methodology
• Support Lean roadmap and Kaizen Events
• Ability to travel globally to support team. Around 15% across Berlin, Dresden, Salzbergen, and Stafford

• Bachelor's Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• A highly experienced professional with a solid background in Quality Engineering
• Experience with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Experience with EPC business
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional leadership skills
• Desire to work on international environment and good understanding of a matrix organization
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills, with a solid Lean mindset and the ability to develop and manage complex tasks.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, effective at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
