About the Role
As a Project Quality Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening project excellence across Electrification. This position is ideal for a quality-driven professional who enjoys bringing structure, consistency, and continuous improvement to project execution.
You will support project operations and programs through standardization, quality management, document control, method creation and maintenance, and process improvement. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will help ensure that project practices and procedures meet the required standards for quality, timeliness, and performance - while also having the opportunity to improve how work gets done.
This role offers the chance to make a visible impact across projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the ongoing development of project management capabilities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead centralized quality assurance and control activities for one project or multiple projects.
- Support departmental operations planning and execution within the project management and quality function.
- Apply strong technical and analytical skills to assess challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Leverage best practices to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Contribute to manufacturing and project processes that involve technical complexity and interdependent activities.
- Serve as a trusted resource for colleagues and help build alignment across teams.
- May manage and develop team members, including staffing and performance support.
- Lead small projects or improvement initiatives with limited risk and resource requirements.
- Communicate performance expectations clearly and handle sensitive issues with professionalism.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced experience in Project Management and Quality.
- Degree-level knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Experience in project quality, site quality, or supplier quality activities.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. A third language is a strong advantage.
