Job Description Summary
Für zugehörige Kundenausstattungs-, Einrichtungs- oder Infrastrukturprojekte: verantwortlich für Projektabwicklung, Ergebnisverantwortung und Kundenzufriedenheit durch Verwaltung der projektbezogenen Aktivitäten und Ressourcen. Verantwortlich für die Planung/Ausführung des Abteilungsbetriebs oder konzentriert sich auf die Ausführung von beruflichen Tätigkeiten innerhalb einer technischen Disziplin.Hat eine gewisse Autonomie, wird jedoch von festgelegten Richtlinien oder der Überprüfung der Endergebnisse geleitet.
Die Stelle ermöglicht die Änderung von Arbeitsabläufen und Praktiken, sofern die Endergebnisse den Standards der Akzeptanz (Qualität, Umfang, Aktualität usw.) entsprechen.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned projects from handover/kick-off to closure, managing both technical and commercial aspects
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, standards, and internal processes
- Monitor and report key project performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, forecast accuracy, margin, on-time delivery, invoicing, and cash collection
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments; lead action plans and recovery initiatives when required
- Engage regularly with customers, partners, contractors, and consultants to align on project status and expectations
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities in a timely and proactive manner
- Track all third-party obligations including customer and consortium partner requirements
- Deliver project milestones on schedule to avoid or minimize exposure to liquidated damages
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the execution phase
- Supervise preparation and submission of customer documentation, including approval processes
- Maintain accurate project data in internal project execution tools
- Comply with company and local EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies and demonstrate leadership in EHS practices

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management, contract management, field operations or business development
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
Desired Characteristics:
- Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management area preferably in the transformer or energy sector
- Experience in project management in the America region would be an advantage
- Strong leadership and ownership in managing end-to-end project lifecycles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Solid organizational and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results under pressure
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration across teams
- Customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality and service excellence
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and project planning
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and maintain a proactive, solution-driven attitude
