Job Description Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of Greenfield and Brownfield projects in India, ensuring flawless delivery from the R2 call through to final handover and Project Completion.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage scope of the project with respect to agreed technical specification / commercial conditions.
• Protect/ Improve margin for the project and present an improvement/slippages during regular project reviews after detailed analysis of costs, risks etc
• Ensure customer satisfaction during various stages of the project (satisfaction survey form signed by customer
• Risk & opportunity management - identification of risks and opportunities during project execution - timely escalation of any major risks to management with mitigation plan and conversion plan for identified opportunities
• Management of claims with customer - prepare and convert claims to customer by involving all stakeholders, protect against claims from customer
• Preparing monthly project reports including analysis of departures from budgeted parameters.

Technical / Hard Skills

• The successful candidate must possess a solid technical foundation, including proficient use of Primavera P6 or MS Project for schedule development and critical path tracking, combined with practical experience in SAP for project financial monitoring, cost control, and procurement.
• The role requires a strong ability to manage team-level workflows and task dependencies using MS Planner, as well as the analytical capability to create insightful status reports and project dashboards using Power BI that align with established project management methodologies and organizational standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BE/B. TECH in EE/EC/E&I .
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management. Experience in the execution of Greenfield or Brownfield projects. •
• Certifications: PMP certification is highly desirable
• Industry Expertise: OEM
• Core Attributes: Must be willing to travel and possess a strong track managing customer relation.
