Job Description Summary
Key member of a dynamic and growing projects team. Procure and manage Supply Chain of goods and services to geographically diverse locations, while driving commercial advantage through the achievement of each project's delivery schedule, cost, and quality goals.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement activities in accordance with the project procurement execution plan and supplier lead time requirements to support project schedule commitments.
- Communicate status regularly to the project and leadership teams.
- Manage the addition/modification of supplier records to the required purchasing systems including required document collection from the respective suppliers.
- Responsible for issuing purchase orders (PO), collecting PO acknowledgements, issuing PO change orders, leading invoice resolution activities, coordinating weekly monitoring of supplier progress to promise/need by dates, expediting suppliers, escalating to Project Sourcing Leads for commercial leverage and proactive communication with the project team.
- Manage the submission/follow-up of RFQs and lead negotiations of product and services in order to achieve cost out goals.
- Maintain a quote library of all RFQs received.
- Support the negotiation of contractual agreements where required. Responsible for uploading executed contracts to Oracle Contracts Database.
- Escalate supplier quality challenges and ensure supplier recovery of costs due to quality issues.
- Ensure procurement data, delivery forecasts, and supplier commitments are accurately reflected in project reporting tools to support transparent decision-making by project leadership.
- Enable faster project cycle by accelerating the procurement process while ensuring compliance.
- Drive supplier on time delivery performance while anticipating risks and escalating appropriately.
- Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college
- Minimum 7 years' experience in procurement
- Minimum 7 years working in SAP purchasing systems
- Ability and willingness to travel 10% domestically and internationally. Must comply with all relevant travel and tax policies.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $82,900.00 and $138,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
