We are seeking an experienced Project Audit Lead to join our team and oversee comprehensive audits of software delivery projects.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge and project management expertise to evaluate project compliance, performance, and adherence to established standards and methodologies.
The Project Audit Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, ensure quality deliverables, and drive continuous improvement across software Implementation initiatives.

It allows us to bring a significant contribution to the Worldwide Electrical Energy context. We deliver mission-critical solutions that drive the energy transition, focusing on Energy Transmission, Distribution, Asset Management, and Market Management to shape the current and future energy environment.
What You Would Work On:
Our teams support software solutions for R&D, services, and support for Electrification Software's products while liaising with stakeholders and customers all around the globe.

About the job:
Audit Planning and Execution
Develop comprehensive audit plans and strategies for software development projects;
Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation, processes, and deliverables;
Evaluate compliance with organizational standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements;
Perform risk assessments and identify potential project vulnerabilities;
Execute both scheduled and ad-hoc audits based on business needs.
Technical Assessment
Review software architecture, design documents, and technical specifications;
Assess code quality, security standards, and development methodologies;
Evaluate testing strategies, quality assurance processes, and deployment procedures;
Analyze project timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence;
Verify compliance with software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders;
Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management;
Facilitate audit meetings and coordinate with project teams for information gathering;
Communicate audit results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;
Work with teams to develop corrective action plans and improvement strategies.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and risk assessments;
Maintain comprehensive audit documentation and evidence trails;
Track remediation efforts and follow up on corrective actions;
Create executive summaries and dashboards for management review;
Ensure all audit activities are properly documented and archived;
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains;
Recommend best practices and industry standards implementation;
Support the development and enhancement of audit methodologies;
Contribute to the creation of audit templates, checklists, and guidelines;
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies that impact audit practices.
Quality Assurance
Ensure audit activities meet professional standards and organizational requirements;
Validate accuracy and completeness of audit findings;
Review and approve audit work performed by team members;
Maintain objectivity and independence throughout the audit process;
Support continuous improvement of audit quality and effectiveness.
Training and Mentoring
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior audit staff;
Conduct training sessions on audit procedures and software project standards;
Share knowledge and expertise with team members and stakeholders;
Support professional development initiatives within the audit team.
Required Qualifications
For roles outside of the USA: Advanced experience in Services & Project Management. Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems;
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs;
Established project management skills.
