Job Description Summary
Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Enablement
- Own the operational execution of a portfolio of Robotics and Computer Vision programs spanning research, prototyping, and early deployment.
- Drive planning, milestone definition, and delivery cadence so technical leaders can remain focused on technical direction rather than administrative tasks.
Administrative Ownership
- Take primary responsibility for program artifacts including project plans, schedules, budgets (as applicable), reviews, and recurring reporting.
- Prepare materials for leadership reviews, technical reviews, and stakeholder updates with clarity and professionalism.
Coordination & Dependency Management
- Coordinate work across researchers, engineers, business units, and external partners.
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of priorities, timelines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent efforts.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify execution risks and integration challenges early and track them through resolution.
- Provide steady, organized follow-through to ensure issues are addressed without unnecessary disruption to technical teams.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide concise, reliable updates to Advanced Research leadership and business partners.
- Ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and deliverables, minimizing surprises.
Process & Operational Improvement
- Strengthen and streamline program management practices to reduce friction and overhead for research teams.
- Apply sound judgment to balance rigor with flexibility in a research-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, technical project management, or engineering operations.
- Experience supporting complex, multidisciplinary robotics and/or computer vision programs.
- Experience working in research, advanced development, or pre-product environments strongly preferred.
- Experience with GE Vernova (or GE) preferred.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $118,600.00 and $197,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
