Job Description Summary

Verificare Seguire e gestire le attività in carico al reparto qualità nell'ambito del controllo qualità dei componenti per la produzione da verificare in fase di accettazione materiali. GE Grid Solutions è certificata ISO 9001 dal 1994 ed il reparto qualità svolge un ruolo importante nel miglioramento continuo del sistema qualità con lo scopo di incrementare la soddisfazione del cliente fornendo un prodotto di qualità a 360 gradi.

Verify, follow and manage the activities carried out by the quality department as part of the quality control of the production components to be verified during material acceptance. GE Grid Solutions has been certified ISO 9001 since 1994 and the quality department plays an important role in the continuous improvement of the quality system with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction by providing a quality product at 360 degrees.

• Collettare e collaudare, in accordo ai disegni costruttivi e normative di riferimento, i singoli componenti meccanici in fase di accettazione dei materiali.

• Elaborare ed emettere i certificati dei componenti collaudati.
• Elaborare, emettere e gestire eventuali non conformità sui componenti collaudati, attività effettuata in coordinazione con il team qualità ed ufficio acquisti.
• Gestire con il reparto produzione ed eventualmente l'ufficio tecnico ed il reparto qualità problematiche durante il montaggio dei prodotti. Il tutto utilizzando quando necessario gli strumenti del problem solving (8D, 5W, RCA Analysis).
• Gestire con il fornitore assieme al reparto acquisti discussioni e decisioni nei confronti dei componenti collaudati
• Verificare l'adeguatezza e conformità dei certificati ricevuti dai fornitori.
• Aiutare il reparto qualità nella gestione del processo di taratura strumenti ed effettuare la taratura su alcune tipologie di strumenti
• Effettuare verifiche di prodotto finito (verifiche dimensionali e di conformità) assieme al cliente finale.
• Interfaccia costante con tutti i reparti per spiegare e dialogare su argomenti di qualità legati al collaudo finale dei prodotti in base alle necessità dei reparti richiedenti o del cliente stesso.
• Gestire le modifiche e migliorare le schede di controllo qualità di prodotto elaborate in accordo con il reparto qualità ed il reparto tecnico.

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza di quella inglese.
• Diploma di istruzione di secondo grado tecnico. Preferibile in, meccanica o meccatronica.
• Esperienza come collaudatore o comunque nel controllo componenti da lavorazione di macchina.
• Conoscenza delle norme qualità ISO 9001.
• Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
• Preferibile conoscenza del gestionale SAP.
• Buona conoscenza di base o esperienza correlata di tipo meccanico.
• È richiesta la capacità di leggere e interpretare correttamente un disegno tecnico.
• È richiesta la capacità di leggere e interpretare le principali normative internazionali sui materiali e di prodotto sui metodi di prova.
• Comunicazione costante con il Team qualità e gli altri dipartimenti come: supporto tecnico, logistica, produzione, e principali fornitori.
• Capacità di apprendere velocemente, attenzione ai dettagli.
• Capacità di lavorare in modo collaborativo in gruppo e con trasparenza.
• proattività e impegno nella ricerca di modalità per migliorare il servizio.

• Collect and test, in accordance with the construction drawings and reference regulations, the individual mechanical components during the acceptance of materials.
• Collect and test the individual mechanical components in the production phase in accordance with the construction drawings and reference regulations when necessary.
• Prepare and issue certificates for tested components.
• Process, issue and manage any non-compliances on the tested components, an activity carried out in coordination with the quality team and purchasing department.
• Manage problems during the assembly of the products with the production department and possibly the technical department and the quality department. All this using problem solving tools (8D, 5W, RCA Analysis) when necessary.
• Manage discussions and decisions with the supplier together with the purchasing department regarding the tested components
• Verify the appropriateness and compliance of the certificates received from the suppliers.
• Help the quality department in managing the instrument calibration process and calibrate some types of instruments.
• Perform finished product checks (dimensional and compliance checks) together with the end customer.
• Constant interface with all departments to explain and discuss quality topics related to the final testing of the products based on the needs of the requesting departments or the customer himself.
• Manage changes and improve product quality control sheets developed in agreement with the quality department and the technical department.

• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of English language.
• Diploma of secondary technical education. Preferred in, mechanics or mechatronics.
• Experience as a tester or in any case in the control of machine components.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Knowledge of the Office package.
• Knowledge of SAP management software is preferred.
• Good basic knowledge or related mechanical experience.
• The ability to read and interpret a technical drawing correctly is required.
• The ability to read and interpret the main international material and product regulations on test methods is required.
• Constant communication with the quality team and other departments such as: technical support, logistics, production, and main suppliers.
• Ability to learn quickly, attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in groups and with transparency.
• Proactivity and commitment in finding ways to improve the service.
