Job Description Summary

Implement Work Instructions (SOP) with full responsibility and ensure product quality is maintained. Carry out maintenance of the machines and work tools used. Prioritize & implement Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.

Job Description

Key responsibilities and Authority:

• Attend on QR1 / Daily production meeting.
• Strive to fulfil SQDC target.
• Follow CTQ in the route card, Drawing & Implement SOP/Work Instruction.
• Implement 5K of workplace & implement clean factory standard.
• Implement Stop Work for quality non-conformance and encourage improvement/idea to improve the target.
• Implement autonomous maintenance.
• Implement EHS procedure and follow up unsafe condition and stop work of unsafe action.
• Proactive activity in case no process and support other process that is managed by Supervisor.

General Requirements:

• Minimum vocational education (Machinery Engineering, Electrical Engineering/Electric Power Installation, Metal Fabrication & Manufacturing Engineering) or high school with experience is preferred.
• Have a basic understanding of the production process and use of production equipment, especially Power Transformer products.
• Ability to read and understand working drawings and follow procedures carefully.
• Good communication skills and good cooperation in a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during production.
• Have a high awareness of health, work safety and the environment.
• Have physical and mental health (preferably a non-smoker).
• Not colour blind.
• Able to work in meeting targets and following a shift system.

Specific Requirement: (Skill & Competence)

• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Having knowledge of lifting equipment and basic electrical.
• BNSP certified is preferable.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
