Job Description

What You'll Experience :

• Assignments & Projects: Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience Mentorship & Development:
• Learn from leaders across functions and develop leadership capabilities Exposure to Work Environment:
• Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration

Where You'll Contribute :

• Assist in preparing purchase orders for project materials and services.
• Support team for evaluating suppliers based on project requirements.
• Help obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Follow up with vendors to track delivery schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams (engineering, site, project controller, etc.) to understand material needs.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor data.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and ensuring availability of project materials.
• Support contract documentation and compliance with project specifications.
• Help resolve basic supply or delivery issues in coordination with the team.
• Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and project budgets.

What You Bring :

• Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environment, Health & Safety),
