Process Quality Engineer

The PQE reports to the Quality Leader/Cell Leader and is responsible for QMS compliance/Execution Quality on the floor, including trending of metrics to identify CAPA and CI projects

What you'll do

• Develop, deploy and monitor metrics jointly with SC Quality Leader to drive manufacturing improvements in the area

• Ensure a systematic means of collecting, analysing and distributing compiled metrics/information to improve quality

• Participate in electrical testing process and coordinate the new testing procedures implementation

• Update and draft of quality control procedures

• Identify new tooling and equipment for QC operators

• Ownership for internal NCR/RCA & CAPA plan development & implementation

• Ownership for implementation of improvement actions resulting from quality plans and customer feedback through continuous improvement

• Calibration gatekeeper for all Measurement Tools & Equipment

• Draw-up, check and approve End of Manufacturing Report (EoMR)

• Support customer meetings when required

• Support Q-framework, QMS and ISO audits as required

• Support regulatory compliance and optimization of quality systems procedures

• Work with CI team to drive sustainable process changes/Product Qualification

• Support RCA's & CAPA plans for external defects

• BSc or MSc degree preferably in engineering, technical studies

• Some experience in quality engineering

• English and Romanian language knowledge

• High level of technical drawing interpretation skills

• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

• Good problem solving and process improvement skills
