Job Description Summary

GE Vernova Services Singapore is seeking a Process Industrialization Leader to lead engineering teams supporting special processes within repair operations.
In this role, you will lead teams across assigned Special Processes such as Joining & Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Automation & Metrology, driving process industrialization, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager - Operations, you will provide technical and people leadership across engineering teams responsible for special processes within repair operations.

You will be responsible for industrializing and sustaining processes that require strong qualification, control, and technical substantiation, while helping to improve operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop specialist engineering teams
• Drive industrialization and sustainment of special processes within repair operations
• Establish standards, methods, and best practices for controlled processes
• Lead structured problem solving and root cause analysis
• Oversee process qualification, validation, and continuous improvement
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and support delivery of key operational goals

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Design Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a recognized university is essential
• 7-10 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, repair operations, industrial processes, or special process support, ideally within aviation or MRO is essential
• 2-3 years of people management experience is essential
• Technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas is an advantage:
  • joining
  • heat treatment
  • surface treatment
  • NDT
  • automation
  • metrology
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capability
