What You'll Do
- Support the operations team to execute according the shop needs.
- Actively participate on developing new plans for upcoming of possible scenarios, mitigate risks and increase productivity.
- Provide consistent and timely reporting on shop key metrics.
- Participate on EHS and Quality (concern reporting, investigation, and resolutions, etc.)
- Oversee the logging/vouchering of production hours through vouchering system.
- Complete/produce shipping documentation.
Who We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical or similar).
- Good command of MS Office Skills, specifically Excel
- Intermediate - Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated interest in applying engineering concepts to real-world problems.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
