任职资格要求:

• 核心素质: 具备一定的英语基础,乐于在多元化背景下与不同层级的团队共同作战.

It is designed to cultivate future pipeline in the manufacturing and engineering sectors through intensive rotation, hands-on experience, and professional training. • Hands-on & Resilient: Comfortable working on the shop floor, with a willingness to get hands-on experience and a drive to solve complex, real-world problems.
• Curious & Analytical: Deeply interested in manufacturing technologies and Lean methodology, possessing strong logical reasoning and a proactive mindset for continuous learning and exploration.
• Collaborative Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, a strong team player, and highly motivated to achieve results and drive impact.

Qualifications :

• Education: 2025/2026 graduates; bachelor's degree or above.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Passionate about the manufacturing, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
