Key Challenges

  • Deliver GA projects and lose products in line with planned costs, agreed delivery schedules, and required quality standards;
  • Balance operational excellence with strong financial performance, customer satisfaction, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project sales performance, margins, cash collection, productivity, and overall project delivery results;
  • Act as the regional guardian of the GA operating model ("Bowler") for Latin America;
  • Co-responsible for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) performance in field projects;
  • Lead and oversee support functions including import/export operations, product administration, material receiving, and invoicing;
  • Ensure achievement of quality indicators and high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS);
  • Participate in the order intake process together with the commercial team, ensuring margin accuracy from booking to execution;
  • Act as guardian of lessons learned and end-to-end (E2E) business processes, driving continuous improvement;
  • Develop and present forecasts for key business KPIs and lead regular business review meetings;
  • Drive inventory optimization and cash targets, including past-due management;
  • Serve as a role model for leadership behaviors and actively lead people development within the organization;
  • Ensure compliance with logistics security requirements and tax/customs regulations related to import/export processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering;
  • MBA in Business Administration is desirable;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading project-based businesses, preferably in electrical substation projects;
  • Strong background in business development and customer relationship/partnership management;
  • Proven senior leadership experience in complex, multi-country environments;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
