Job Description Summary

In this role, you will manage end-to-end order processing: receive and accurately enter orders in SAP, coordinate with Project Managers and / or Area Manager and all cross-functional teams (Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Management), resolve customer issues, and support related activities (expediting, change orders, returns, order status monitoring, and discrepancy resolution). You will also contribute to invoicing, logistics activities (shipping, customs clearance), L/C negotiation, supporting the achievement of Operating Plan (OP) and KPI targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Receive, validate, and accurately enter customer orders into SAP.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle: expediting, change orders, returns, status tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Coordinate daily with Project Managers and / or Area Manager and internal functions (Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Management) to ensure on-time delivery, budget and high-quality fulfillment.
  • Manage customer order invoicing and L/C negotiation, if any.
  • Manage logistics processes: shipping, customs clearance operation.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Suppport cash collection team.
  • Supporting the achievement of Operating Plan (OP) and KPI targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of order management experience.
  • Experience with SAP (order management).
  • Order entry experience.
  • Fluency in Italian; very good command of English..
