Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose:
Responsible for producing quality products at assigned work areas.
Essential Responsibilities:
Understand and follow the instructions of the work, processes, drawings and policies under the production workshop

  • Take the main responsibility for the quality of the products they produce
  • Follow the jobs arranged by team leader / supervisor.
  • Maintain 5S under the factory
  • Maintain machinery, equipment and tools in good condition.
  • Report safety issues, quality concerns, quality issues to superiors.
  • Proposing new ideas to improve the working environment, safety, quality and productivity.
  • Comply with the company's regulations on rules, safety, security and other regulations.
  • Other jobs as assigned by superiors.
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
    Professional and qualification requirements:
  • Graduating from high school or higher
  • Having been trained for assigned jobs
  • Having relevant certificates according to job requirements. Safety requirements:
  • Understand and comply with the work processes, safety procedures and internal rules of the Factory
  • Maintain industrial hygiene in the factory
  • Maintain safety equipment and devices in the state good
  • Actively participate in training courses on environment, health and safety (EHS) and demonstrate knowledge gained from training courses
  • Observe, guide and coordinate with other real workers present safety practices
  • Actively participate in activities to prevent accidents, accidents and illnesses Safety risk assessment and develop safe work processes Identify and overcome hazards Unsafe and unsafe conditions Investigation of incidents, near incidents, or potential hazards
  • Participate actively in making suggestions for improvement n EHS program
