Job Description

The On Job Training (Foras) Program is a 6 months program and it is an investment in Bahraini young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform traineeship in a GE Vernova business. The traineeship will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

During the program GE Vernova will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/her

major where he/ she can develop Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him/her

to the work environment.

Portfolio Fulfilment Management Team

The Portfolio Fulfilment Management (PFM) team is responsible for maintaining oversight and executing process deliverables such as outage planning, order management and billing for a cluster of Contractual Services Agreements (CSAs). PFMs work closely with respective Customer Portfolio Managers (CPMs) to manage contractual commitments as well as other functions (e.g. finance, IT, parts fulfilment) to drive process excellence through the OTR wing-to-wing process.

What you'll do:

List of key/essential job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Understanding Contract Terms &Conditions (T&Cs)
  • Contract Setup/Validation
  • Outages Planning Management
  • Services, Parts & Repairs Demand placement for CSA
  • Initiate Billing for CSA and Extra works
  • Billing Forecast Sign Off
  • Capital Parts Inventory Management
  • Cost reconciliation & bucketization
  • Interface with various internal Fulfilment teams, CPM's & manage transfer of communication
  • Managing ERPs on internal systems (Alpha, PMx, EV, FieldVision, MyFleet and RDM)

What you'll bring:

  • Fresh graduates up to 12 months of experience
  • BS Engineering -Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Industrial engineering background preferred. other related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Eligible for The Foras program by Ministry of Labour and Tamkeen
  • Candidate will not be registered in Gosi for the duration of the program
