Job Description Summary
As the North American Parts Warehouse & Fulfillment Leader you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the warehouse operations, facilitating transactions, delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment in a safely, timely, and quality manner in accordance with the targets allocated.
Includes activities such as processing transactions in the ERP, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Fulfillment team and ensure resources are properly aligned to upcoming volume and team back-ups arranged to cover holidays period in the most efficient manner.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of all orders from the multiple existing streams: Projects Orders, Unplanned Service Orders, Plannable streams (Maintenance, Top Issues, Warranty, CM&Us, proactive campaigns) and Transactional Sales. Minor and major parts orders.
- Maintain Data integrity in RACES of content of orders, adequate parameters, costs, management cost code and all the delivery dates and ETA.
- Define and coordinate strategies and action plans to face critical shortages, as well as lead the expedite process with Sourcing and Global Planning on critical orders to guarantee proper priorities.
- Liase with Global Planning, Sourcing, Engineering and Site teams, being able to influence and provide recommendations to improve Fulfillment and On Time Delivery. Also work closely with Planning and Sourcing recommending Planned Inventory levels and advance procurement.
- Report On Time delivery metrics for the different streams and communicate updates of action plans and improvement projects to Senior Leadership, acting as the fulfillment expert.
- Actively Interface with internal and external customers, in this case regarding execution of the signed PRPs/PMPs or Parts Programs.
- Reduce transportation outbound cost working with transport companies to find more cost-effective transport methods for standards and premium shipments.
- Finance GL Tie Transport lines analysis & classification for transportation actuals transparency and review.
- Yearly OB Overhead definition together with Finances.
- Fulfillment organization responsibilities - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing and collection activities.
- Act as Fulfillment Lead escalation point of contact for teams outside Parts Org and key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process.
- Establish and maintain SOPs for inventory control, handling, and storage standards.
- Drive the adoption of standardized work practices at the warehouses and site storage locations.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Planning, Purchasing, to improve materials flow and data accuracy between, Sites, Planning and Warehouse & Logistics
- Ensuring robust inventory management processes are in place and followed to drive Warehouse Inventory Excellence
- Identify root causes for performance gaps and implement corrective actions using data analytics and lean tools.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance, order fulfillment rate, receiving and fulfillment efficiency, and standardization of 2-bin systems
- Coordinate with the Planning and SIOP team to minimize inventory levels and maximize on-time delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing or engineering
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

The base pay range for this position is Total Base Pay Range $.140,300.00 - 187,100.00 - 233,800.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $140,300.00 and $233,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
