As the New Product & Project Integration Leader for Heavy Duty New Unit (HDNU) Controls Engineering, you will play a critical role in aligning new product introduction activities with project execution across the HDNU Controls portfolio. In this role, you will help establish the structure, interfaces, and coordination needed to connect development schedules with project schedules in a way that improves visibility, reduces risk, and supports delivery commitments. You will work across design teams and project execution teams to define dependencies, identify gaps, and ensure that engineering deliverables are properly sequenced and integrated across the combined cycle power plant scope, including Balance of Plant (BOP), Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), Gas Turbine (GT), and Steam Turbine (ST).

Job Description
As the New Product & Project Integration Leader for HDNU Controls Engineering, you will:
- Drive the integration of NPI and project schedules by establishing predecessor/successor logic and milestone alignment across engineering workstreams.
- Define and document interfaces between design teams, product development activities, and Controls project execution teams.
- Develop a clear process for identifying schedule dependencies, handoffs, and critical integration points.
- Partner with project managers, engineering leaders, and NPI stakeholders to align priorities and resolve schedule conflicts.
- Create visibility to risks and impacts when NPI schedules shift or project execution schedules change.
- Support the development of standard work for schedule integration and cross-functional coordination.
- Facilitate regular reviews to monitor schedule health, dependency status, and milestone readiness.
- Help establish metrics and reporting that improve accountability and decision-making across the HDNU Controls organization.
- Apply lean thinking to improve coordination, reduce rework, and streamline engineering execution.
- Serve as a trusted cross-functional leader who helps teams work through ambiguity and align on shared outcomes.
What you'll bring (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in any combination of engineering, program/project management, controls engineering, or new product development in a complex technical environment.

- Experience in the power generation industry.
- Familiarity with controls engineering, NPI processes, and project execution lifecycles.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect technical work across multiple teams and phases.
- Experience developing schedule logic, integration milestones, and dependency management approaches.
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships across functions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex planning issues into clear actions.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity where processes are not yet fully defined.
- Proven ability to improve processes and bring structure to complex, evolving workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
