Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & Execution
Job Description Summary
Coordonne et accélère le flux de matériaux (provenant des fournisseurs, mais également au sein des départements) conformément aux calendriers de production. Planifie et programme les besoins en matériel/production. Responsable de la qualité de son travail. Assujetti à la supervision directe des opérations, aux instructions de travail prescrites et à une vérification système. Exécute ses tâches dans un cadre opérationnel bien défini. Il y dispose généralement d'une séquence détaillée des tâches opérationnelles standard à suivre pour obtenir le résultat final escompté.

What you'll do
- Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
- Manage Nozzles and Shrouds production planning activities.
- Continuous improvement through NCR, PSR and Kaizens.
- Maintain OTD, COGS, Wing to Wing cycle.
- Maintain timely parts reservation and follow up with sourcing.
- Maintain pacing plan and target.
- Perform billing activities of completed projects for internal and external customers.
- Maintain cell monthly output target.
- Embrace and help deploying new digital production tools.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Arabic/English proficiency reading, writing and speaking.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning / materials management in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid expertise in master scheduling, MRP, inventory management, and ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle), with strong Excel/data skills.
- Good understanding of key operational and financial drivers (OTD, COGS, cycle time, capacity) and how planning decisions impact cross-functional performance.
- Proven ability to work autonomously within defined frameworks, resolve issues using sound technical judgment, and collaborate effectively across Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and digitalization (Lean, Kaizen, NCR/PSR, digital production tools), with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
What will make you stand out
- Engineering bachelor's is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

- Microsoft office Excel experience.
