Manufacturing Manager 1 - Operation Management

• Engage in business initiatives including but not limited to EHS, Quality, Lean, Continuous Improvement and employee engagement, among others.

• Continually improve on-time delivery, lead time and other key business metrics driving excellence.
• Ensure plant and overall GE's policies and procedures are followed with high Integrity standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Management.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous management experience in a production environment.
• Fluently speak, read, and write English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, fulfillment metrics, and quality systems
• Lean trained with demonstrated ability to apply tools and process rigor for business improvement and simplification.
• Knowledge in computers and Microsoft Office programs and SAP.
• Strategic, strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills with proven ability to lead a team to accomplish challenging goals.
• Proven ability driving a team player environment with excellent interpersonal skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $96,500.00 and $160,500.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
