主要职责Primary Responsibilities:

• 安全培训 EHS Training

接受公司安全培训

Receive company safety training

• 在职培训 On job training

1.接受公司入职指导和在职培训

Receive company orientation and on the job training

2.完成操作员资格认证，签署操作员指导书，以及指定区域检查表

Complete operator qualification certification and sign operator instruction, checklist for assigned area(s)

• 产品质量 Product quality

1.根据QR（质量检查表）或者WI（工作指令）执行所有必要的检查

Perform all necessary inspection per QR (Quality Requirement Sheet) or WI (Work instruction)

2.向主管或其他人提出任何质量问题。与主管沟通，了解质量状况

Raise any quality issue to supervisor or others. Communicate with supervisor to be aware of quality status

• 生产力 Productivity

1.充分履行工作职责，完成生产目标

Perform job adequately to support production goals

2.执行设备和工具转换（必要时）

Perform equipment and tooling changeover when applicable

• 设备维护 & 5S Equipment maintenance & 5S deployment

对工作区域内设备及工装进行日常维护

Implement daily maintenance to equipment and tooling in working area, keep working area based on 5S level.

• 生产报告Production report

1.遵守生产相关文件方面规定的所有要求并执行

Receive training for production reporting (where applicable) and scrap list (all)

2.根据作业指导书的规定或要求填写报告

Fill in reporting at frequency per work instruction

• 其他Other

遵守公司各项规章制度，劳动纪律

Comply with company regulations and labor discipline

积极参与和配合公司的各项改善活动（安全，精益，质量，成本）

Participate in and cooperate with the company's various improvement activities (safety, lean, quality, cost)

任职要求Qualifications Required:

• 技校或大专机械背景

Technical school or Junior Colleage with mechanical background

• 接受过电气或机械技术的正规培训

Formal training in electrical or mechanical technology

• 2 年车间相似工作经验

2 years similar work experience in shop-floor

• 机械行业优先

Mechanical industry is a plus

• 阅读和理解装配文件（图纸、零件清单、操作说明）

Ability to read and understand the assembly documents (drawing, part list, operating instructions)

• 满足高压产品必要的清洁要求

Can fulfill the cleaning requirement necessary for high voltage product

• 团队合作

Can work in team

• 遵守车间工作规则

Can respect the rules of the work in a workshop

• 英语：读懂相关英文资料（如图纸，BOM标准或规范）；

English knowledge: can follow up a training in English; Can train the new workers

• 如需使用以下工具或设备时，必须持有相关证书：

行车、压缩容器，电压证等

must have relative certificates if she/he need use the following tools or equipments: Elevator and Compressed Vessels
