Internal logistics operation including customs for inbound and outbound deliveries, reporting to the authorities in Romania for all transactions related to Logistic operations.

What you'll do
- Identification of Transport Companies (Domestic and International)
- Processing of Transport Orders (Domestic and International) & e-transport report to the Romanian Authorities
- Preparation of Dispatch Notes and Management of Import/Export Formalities
- Completion of the INTRASTAT Declaration and CBAM report
- Management and Tracking of Purchase Requests (PR)
- Preparation and Issuance of Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
- Management and Analysis of Quotations
- Preparation and Issuance of Purchase Orders (PO)
- Monitoring and Receipt of Purchase Orders (PO)
- Negotiation and Contracting
- Approval of Procurement Costs for GEPSR Offers
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- College or university degree
- Fluent language skills in Romanian and English
- Strong experience in a similar role
- Relevant knowledge, experience in logistics and customs field
- Good communications skills
- SAP and Excel user level knowledge
