Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers for all product design aspects of the LMS100
- Ensure that safety is embedded in every aspect of our product
- Strong focus on maintaining and improving quality
- Assure all component designs meet requirements
- Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing, sourcing, services, global engineering, and systems engineering
- Support service programs, fulfillment, and New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Provide strong guidance and contribution to Product Cost Out (PCO) and design to cost projects
- Communicate progress to all levels of the organization
- Mentor and develop less experienced personnel
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- 8+ years of mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering experience
Eligibility Requirements
- This role is onsite in Houston,TX with a hybrid schedule.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with LMS100 package design strongly preferred
- Knowledge of GEV Aero system designs
- Strong mechanical design and analytical background
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Ability to drive projects to completion
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
