Job Description Summary

Act as a change agent and support the implementation of the lean principles and basic tools by facilitating and leading Kaizen events to improve the manufacturing and transactional process.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, facilitate and lead Kaizen events to improve the SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost) across the site.
  • Support the 5S program activities, audits and training.
  • Responsible to do operator and operations cycle time analysis and line balance.
  • Work closely with AME (Advance Manufacturing Eng) and Production to support the lean transformation using the 3P (Production Preparation Process) methodology.
  • Support the Moonshine team to design, build and implement carts, shelves, devices using the Creform and FlexQube products.
  • Support the implementation of automation solution (Innovation).
  • Support strategy deployment and VSM (Value Stream Map) initiatives and events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering discipline from an accredited university or college by May/June 2026.
  • Internship in a Manufacturing industry with assembly lines.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $67,200.00 and $100,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
