Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across a operational or functional area. Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics.

Job Description

  • Drive achievement for performance on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost
  • Support Senior Lean Leader, Production Cell leader, operation leader, product engineers, supervisors and technicians
  • Implement standard work / playbook for every lean lines to achieve EHS, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, Heijunka
  • Lead problem solving sessions, kaizen events, lean roadmap planning
  • Coach lean methodologies to new Kaizen team leaders, professionals & line leaders
  • Challenge norms and lead breakthroughs
  • Manage communications with key stakeholder
  • Support talent development through drive Lean mindset
  • Lead Lean action workouts and drive completion for Kaizen actions
  • Implement flow, perform daily management, drive problem solving culture, achieve TAKT attainment, conduct 3P exercises
  • Drive cell performance through effective usage of lean digital resources
  • Partner with global teams from Materials, Optimization, Special Process, Engineering, Maintenance, Productivity, Lean to optimize production through pull system to ensure on-time delivery
  • Drive WIP Inventory reduction, drive wing-to-wing lead time reduction, achieve productivity target, perform total productivity maintenance
  • Lead moonshine activities through KPO management
  • Read across best practices and support kaizen activities for assigned regional repair facilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations / lean / technical.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Inclusive leadership, communication & coaching skills.
  • Able to anticipate, identify and resolve complex business issues, working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work with heavy equipment.
  • Strong understanding of 5S and Standard work.
  • Experienced in lean manufacturing will be an advantage
