Lead Sourcing Process & Tools Specialist

Job Description Summary
We are looking for a proactive and autonomous Sourcing Supply Chain Support Specialist to join our Grid Solutions (GSI) team. In this role, you will act as a gatekeeper for our sourcing processes and serve as the subject matter expert for our daily sourcing tools. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving digital transformation through AI agent development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process Governance: Serve as the "gatekeeper" for existing supply chain and sourcing processes, ensuring company-wide compliance and continuous alignment with internal standards.
• Tool Management & Support: Manage day-to-day operations for key sourcing tools (e.g., Supplier Connect, Oscar, ITOC, SAP). Provide end-user training, troubleshoot technical issues, and act as the primary point of contact for system improvements.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through a lean approach.
• Digital Transformation & AI: Actively contribute to the development of new tools. Leverage your knowledge of AI to design and deploy AI agents that automate routine tasks and enhance team productivity.
• Project Management: Manage follow-up actions for tool development projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and business requirements.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with international cross-functional teams, ranging from office-based staff to manufacturing site personnel, to ensure seamless tool adoption and process consistency.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's will be a plus, preferably in Supply Chain Management and/or Information Technology with 5+ year of experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Sourcing Systems (Supplier Connect, Oscar, ITOC, SAP). Familiarity with additional ERP or procurement platforms is a strong asset.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
