Job Description Summary

Responsible for facilitating end to end parts order fulfillment, sourcing, and delivery of replacement and repair parts and equipment in support of Services agreements and customer orders. This role includes order processing, procurement and supplier coordination, material management, logistics, and warehouse/shipping activities.
The position operates with a moderate level of autonomy, applying established policies and professional judgment to adapt processes, resolve issues, and meet customer, quality, cost, and delivery commitments. The position may involve individual contributor responsibilities or early leadership duties and collaboration with senior business leaders.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate full-cycle parts order management, including order intake, entry into internal ERP systems, and coordination with customer portals and systems.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution, working closely with internal operations, planning, and logistics teams.
  • Execute sourcing activities by placing and managing purchase orders, following up with suppliers, resolving commercial or scheduling issues, and supporting supply continuity.
  • Support procurement strategies aimed at cost reduction, supplier performance improvement, and quality enhancement.
  • Manage material flow, inventory visibility, and logistics execution to support on-time delivery commitments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within ERP and related systems to support forecasting, fulfillment, billing, and reporting activities.
  • Apply working knowledge of manufacturing, sourcing, and fulfillment processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and issue prevention.
  • Support forecasting, billing, and collection activities as required.
  • Use professional judgment to propose solutions outside of standard parameters when addressing complex order, sourcing, or fulfillment challenges.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for colleagues with less experience and support small projects or continuous improvement initiatives with limited risk and scope.
  • Interface with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and recommendations related to parts fulfillment and sourcing operations.

Required Qualifications

  • For roles outside the USA:
    Advanced experience in Services, Customer Order Fulfillment, Parts Operations, and/or Sourcing.
    Education level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • For roles in the USA:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Services, Customer Order Fulfillment, Parts Operations, and/or Sourcing.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $102,200.00 and $153,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
