Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Resource Manager for the Haliade 150 fleet in Europe.
The successful candidate will have a solution orientated mindset and a result delivery style. Strong communication and listening skills with the team are essential. You can identify resourcing challenges from various forms of feedback and see them through to a standardized solution. With excellent attention to detail, structure, and organizational skills, you can apply a proactive problem-solving view on resourcing requirements and take the initiative to deliver efficient outcomes. You have a safety conscious mindset and can build trust and steer by influence to form strong relationships and team ethos. You have a project orientated mindset and understand that good results are achieved in collaboration with internal and external parties.
Reporting to the Senior Site Operations Manager you will enable the organisation through resourcing activities and line management of Technicians that enable high performance delivery of SQDC targets in collaboration with our customers.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and lead the GE technical and resources management team for the windfarms to developing a squad-centric mentality.
- Evaluate the demand vs. capacity and ensure availability of internal or external competent resources to meet requirements.
- Ensure that a structured plan for technician development is ready for the recruitment process.
- Establish business aligned processes and procedures that meet the needs of the windfarm.
- Coordinate with the training center to ensure course availability and planning is in place for the technicians.
- Working with the Site Operations teams to facilitate On the Job Learning for the windfarm Technicians.
- Coordinate and perform administrative activities as per relevant service processes, including tracking resource levels and productivity, evaluating planned technician levels and capacities, establishing requisitions, documentation requirements and managing availability.
- Lead the windfarm resourcing planning, coordinating with internal and external partners to obtain the skills and capabilities required to deliver the operational plan.
- Work with the customer to facilitate transparency of resourcing plans and challenges.
- Release the rotation resourcing plans in alignment with the Site Operations management team, to ensure consistency of resources and maintaining a squad-based mentality.
- Lead the continual improvement culture within your area of responsibility, ensuring that high quality knowledge is retained and improved, and facilitating feedback to required stakeholders across the business.
- Lead issue resolution, process & quality improvements, and business initiatives with other departments.
- Lead the recruitment and talent development model to ensure continual improvement and progression for high performing technical and nontechnical Operational roles.
- Arrange Authorization panels and Approve technician competence development.
- Support the establishment of the competency framework and Safe System of Work governance processes.
- Support the development and continual improvement of Standard Operation Procedures.
Requirements
- Degree or professional education/apprenticeship in an administrative discipline, combined with extensive people management experience.
- Significant experience in offshore wind maintenance operations.
- Proven offshore wind expertise or related discipline experience, with the ability to work offshore at operational wind farm sites.
- Established project management skills, including leading technician teams.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze and resolve problems in a structured manner, as well as lead projects effectively.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment with remote teams; a strong team player who drives change and ensures successful outcomes.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluency in English; German and/or French language skills are an advantage.
